Rogue Powersports is an authorized dealer for 1,100+ motorcycle parts and accessories brands. Because each manufacturer handles warranty claims directly, the specific process depends on which brand the product is from.
How warranty claims work
- Contact us first at info@roguepowersports.com or +1 877-460-6999. We'll confirm the brand-specific warranty terms and point you to the right contact.
- Have your order number and the original receipt ready. Most manufacturers require proof of purchase from an authorized dealer.
- Document the issue. Photos of the defect or failure help speed up the claim.
- We'll coordinate with the manufacturer to process the replacement, repair, or refund.
Common warranty scenarios
- Manufacturing defects on seats, exhaust, suspension, electrical parts: covered by the brand's standard warranty (typically 1 year, sometimes longer — varies by brand).
- Tires: covered for manufacturing defects only — road hazards are not covered.
- Apparel and helmets: workmanship and material defects are covered. Damage from crashes, wear, or improper use is not.
- Electrical components (stators, regulators, ignition coils): covered against defects; installation damage is not.
What's not covered
Wear and tear from ordinary use, damage from accidents or improper installation, items modified from their original condition, or issues caused by improper maintenance.
