We Stand Behind What We Sell
Rogue Powersports is an authorized dealer for over 1,100 motorcycle, ATV, UTV, and powersports parts and accessories brands. Every product we sell is backed by the original manufacturer's warranty. If something arrives defective or fails under normal use, we will work directly with the manufacturer to get it resolved.
How Warranty Claims Work
Because each manufacturer handles warranty claims differently, the process depends on the brand. Here is the general process:

Most manufacturers require proof of purchase from an authorized dealer. Because you purchased through Rogue Powersports, you are covered.

What's Not Covered
Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Damage from accidents, crashes, or impacts
- Damage from improper installation
- Products modified from their original condition
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or neglect
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, etc.) from use
- Products used in competition or racing (unless the product is specifically designed for it)
Important Notes
- Warranty vs. Returns: A warranty claim covers products that fail or are defective after use. If a product arrives damaged in shipping or you need to return an unused item, see our Return Policy instead.
- Keep your receipt: Your order confirmation email serves as proof of purchase. Most manufacturers require this to process a claim.
- Installation matters: Improper installation can void a warranty. We recommend professional installation for complex components (suspension, electrical, fuel management). If you install parts yourself, follow the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
- Timeframes: Warranty claim processing times vary by manufacturer. Some resolve claims within days, while others may take several weeks. We will keep you updated throughout the process.

Do you offer your own warranty on products?
We do not offer a separate store warranty. All products are covered by the original manufacturer's warranty. As an authorized dealer, we are your point of contact for filing claims.
My product failed after the manufacturer's warranty expired. Can you help?
While we cannot override a manufacturer's warranty period, we are happy to contact the manufacturer on your behalf. Some brands offer goodwill replacements or discounts on replacement parts in certain situations.
Do I need to ship the product back?
It depends on the manufacturer. Some require the product to be returned for inspection, while others can approve a claim based on photos alone. We will let you know what the specific brand requires.
Will the warranty cover my labor costs for removal and reinstallation?
Most manufacturer warranties cover the product itself but do not cover labor or installation costs. Check with us for brand-specific details, as some manufacturers do offer labor reimbursement.
