Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on Every Order

All orders within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states) ship free via standard ground. No minimum order required. Oversize items may require an additional freight surcharge at checkout.

Processing and Estimated Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once shipped, estimated delivery is 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination and carrier.

All processing and delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Rogue Powersports is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, high shipping volume, or other circumstances outside our control. We will do our best to communicate any known delays.

Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery is Monday through Friday only. Saturday delivery may be available for select shipping methods and will be shown as an option at checkout where applicable. All estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real time.

If your tracking information has not updated within 3 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will look into it for you.

Oversize Items

Some products, including tires, fenders, and large gear bags, are classified as oversize. These items may incur an additional freight surcharge due to their weight or dimensions. We do not profit from these surcharges. We simply pass the carrier's cost along to you.

  • Oversize items must ship via ground. No express or expedited options are available for these products.
  • Any additional freight charges will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
  • If you are unsure whether a product qualifies as oversize, contact us before placing your order and we will let you know.

Oversize items are not eligible for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

Hazardous Items

Products classified as hazardous materials (oils, chemicals, starter fluid, certain batteries, etc.) must ship via ground shipping only. If your order contains a hazardous item, the entire order will ship via ground.

Hazardous items are not eligible for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories, military addresses (APO/FPO), or international destinations.

Backordered Items

If any item in your order is on backorder, we will hold the order until all items are in stock and ship the complete order together. If you would prefer to receive available items sooner, contact us and we can split the shipment so in-stock items ship right away and backordered items ship when they become available.

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico is available on select items. Standard free shipping does not apply to these destinations. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.

We are currently unable to ship to international destinations outside the United States.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)

We proudly ship to APO and FPO addresses via USPS. Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship hazardous or oversize items to military addresses. Standard delivery estimates may not apply to APO/FPO shipments, as delivery times vary based on the destination.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us as soon as possible. Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and get you taken care of.

If you believe a package has been lost, reach out to us with your order number and tracking information. We will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Why hasn't my order shipped yet?
Most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. If it has been more than 2 business days and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact us and we will check on the status.

My tracking number isn't updating. What should I do?
Tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after a shipping confirmation is sent. If it has been more than 3 business days with no updates, contact us and we will investigate.

Why was I charged extra for shipping?
Oversize items may incur a freight surcharge based on carrier rates. This charge is shown at checkout before you complete your order. We do not add any markup to freight costs.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico (with a shipping quote), and military addresses (APO/FPO via USPS).
