- Constructed from high-grade stainless steel and provides a 53.5% (1.8 kg) weight saving in comparison to the standard stock header
- Developed with larger diameter tubes to allow improved gas flow with less restriction, the catalytic converter of the stock header is removed to add to the flow
- When fitted with the Slip-On Line (Carbon), power is increased by 1.6 kW (2.2 hp) at 9,500 rpm, with a torque increase of 3.5 Nm at 6,700 rpm when compared to a Honda CB750 Hornet equipped with the standard stock exhaust system and tested on the Akrapovic in-house dyno
- Producing a deep, racing sound fully encompassing the twin-cylinder engine, the Optional Header (SS) is an easy plug-and-play installation, with remapping recommended, but not mandatory
- Racetrack-oriented part and as such is intended for use on closed-course competition circuit only
